Marco Tullio Sabillon and his brother purchased a small farm in the mountains of Honduras in 2006 at 1350 MASL where they started producing coffee. After years of hard work, they sought advice from their neighbors and planted their first lots of specialty coffee. Their first specialty-grade harvest was produced in 2018. Marco emphasizes the importance of staying on top of different management tasks and ensuring everything is done on time when producing coffee. Marco and his brother do most of the work on the farm and occasionally hire extra help during harvests and weed control. They are thrilled to continue improving their farm and look forward to producing more specialty coffee.
The coffee produced from their farm is a honey process, and it has excellent body and taste notes of berry, orange, and honey.
