Grown in the famed Sidama region, this natural-process coffee results from passion and dedication. The high altitudes of Sidama ensure that the coffee cherries mature slowly, absorbing nutrients for a dense, sweet bean. The meticulous process ensures that only the finest ripe red cherries make it to your cup, resulting in a bright, bold brew with fruity undertones.
This coffee is lightly roasted to highlight its natural notes of raspberry, pineapple, and a touch of kiwi.
