The Shantawane Washing Station is committed to excellence, paying premiums to smallholder farmers for their dedication to delivering only the highest quality, freshly picked cherries. This commitment ensures that the majority of the coffee arrives swiftly from the nearby villages of Shantawene and Bombe, preserving its peak freshness.  
  
Upon arrival, each cherry undergoes meticulous evaluation based on color, ripeness, and density before being floated. This rigorous selection process ensures only the finest cherries advance. They are then carefully dried on raised beds, consistently rotated to ensure uniform drying and optimal flavor development. Once the ideal moisture level is achieved, the coffee is expertly prepared for export, ready to deliver an unparalleled cup.  

We have taken our delicious Ethiopian Natural and roasted it for espresso. 
Brewtus Roasting has devoted considerable time to crafting this exceptional espresso, carefully balancing the fruity notes to bring out more sweetness and development in the coffee. It was worth it. This coffee is roasted to a medium level and tastes excellent as espresso, filter coffee, or a nice pour-over or French press.
