In 2021 Brewtus Roasting is excited to continue our commitment to sustainably sourced coffee.
This year we are partnering up with Ofelia at Finca El Recuerdo in Tolima, Colombia. We are going to purchase her entire crop. By Purchasing her entire crop, Ofelia can consistently earn a living wage throughout the year, and we can work with her to improve her coffee. She is being paid directly 260 times above Fair Trade prices.
The coffee is roasted to perfection with notes of brown sugar and sweet tangerine.
We hope to do even more work like this in the coming years so coffee farmers can keep doing what they love. It's not easy for a small company like ours, but it's important and important for you to know.
